DELIVERY INFORMATION

STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Standard Home Delivery orders are usually packed and sent for shipping within 3-5 working days.

Your order will usually arrive within 5 working days from your payment confirmation date. However, there may be a delay during busy periods, please bear with us! Please also be aware that you may receive your delivery over the weekend.

Standard home delivery cost will be a minimum of £3.95 for UK only with free UK delivery on orders over £100.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

In addition to UK delivery, we currently ship to addresses in America and Europe.

Delivery is charged at £16.99 to these countries.

 

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Unfortunately, we are also unable deliver to the Channel Islands or British Forces Post Office addresses including to BT, GY, HS, IM, JE & ZE postcodes at present.

We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion. Delivery to some postcodes such as Northern Ireland and outlying areas may also not be available at present.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If you have an issue with your delivery, please let us know in the first instance and we will assist you where possible. Most packages will be shipped requesting a signature upon delivery and we recommend you are available to sign for this when your order arrives.

If for any reason you aren’t going to be available at the delivery address, we recommend you try and make alternative arrangements for the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a friend or neighbour directly.
